    Cool vid. I just subscribed but might i suggest if your going to make a hip hop beat that isn’t strictly BOOM and BAP just make it easier on yourself and use REDRUM. You can’t go wrong with redrum.

    Hey man seems like you have a lot of patches. Can you tell me which ones are good for hip hop and how you got them? Its really hard to find leads and synths for hip hop…drums are no problem tho.

    if you want abstract hip hop beat use a dr opto rex and dr rex producer version soundbank and choose a good drumloop fat and heavy and put them into mastering and choose hip hop mastering and give em compression and scream plug in and give to loop tape saturation also you can use slowed dnb loops to your dawntempo bpm use heavy bassline and use nnxt sampler to sample abstract sounds then your song will sound like 90s old school beat
